About Dr Khan

Dr Arshad Khan is a General and Interventional Cardiologist with a special interest in heart failure, hypertension, prevention of coronary artery disease, arrhythmias and perioperative cardiovascular assessment.
He trained at John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle and at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in the United States, and consults privately across three locations in the Hunter region. Dr Khan is an active researcher with collaborations spanning Australia, China and the USA — and is happy to see urgent patients promptly.
